Does Invercargill Have A Rubbish Problem?

Keep a look out for Rubbish Man her creation made from rubbish collected around the town thats been discarded my rotten litter bugs.

Now I’m not sure if you have noticed over the years, but there appears to be considerably more litter dispersed around our community, streets, parks and public areas these days. I, for one, am not happy about the effects of litter unknowingly distributed into this once known clean, green, Aotearoa.
