Dig This Invercargill is now open seven days a week from 9.00am – 5.00pm. The inclusion of two extra days during summer ensures guests will not miss out but it also keeps Dig This open on the same days as Bill Richardson Transport World and Classic Motorcycle Mecca which only close on Christmas Day annually.
Dig This was originally closed on Monday and Tuesday while demand was assessed, however,
Transport World is pleased to report it has been a big first month with guests flocking to try out Invercargill’s latest attraction.

Lex Chisholm, Dig This Manager says “We opened cautiously at the start as we just didn’t know how things were going to go. However, it’s awesome we can now open seven days. Dig This is on track and I’m pleased to say we have had guests from all over the place trying it out. There is just a real buzz from people who are stoked to try something so unique and different”.

Dig This feedback to date has been overwhelmingly positive. With one guest recently commenting on Trip Advisor “This was an experience I will never forget. The staff were so professional and it was even better than I was hoping. I would recommend this attraction to anyone visiting Invercargill…I can’t wait to come back to Invercargill as I will definitely be back”.

Dig This is based on the hugely popular formula established by Dig This Las Vegas. Designed for anyone who has ever wanted to operate heavy machinery it includes interests for both young and the young at heart. Easy to pick up, guests operate heavy machinery whilst being challenged to a series of games within a controlled and safe environment.
