Council To Prosecute Dog Owners

Southland District Council will prosecute the owners of two dogs involved in an attack on a Winton man last month.
Council’s environmental health manager Michael Sarfaiti says it has begun prosecution procedures against the two owners in the District Court.

“Council is unable to comment further, as the matter is now before the courts and is subject to the rules of sub judice,” he says.
