Invercargill’s Splash Palace could soon get a new 25mx25m swimming pool and state of the art hydroslide to replace the 40+ year old existing slide. This is part of the city council’s Long Term Plan.

Aquatic Services Manager Peter Thompson says year on year growth of pool users means at peak time the main facility is at capacity.
