Here’s a discussion starter for the weekend.

It’s reported that the City Council’s planned Chinese Garden will go ahead in Queens Park and won’t be referred back to the new council for consideration.

The new garden is said to cost in the region of $600k.

Here’s a couple of questions –

1/ Do we have a problem or issue with having a Chinese garden in Queens Park?

2/ Do we have a problem or issue with the price tag of $600k?

3/ Are there not more pressing issues like fixing our Iconic Water Tower?
