Police can now release the name of the man killed in a crash on Bay Road, West Plains, Invercargill around 8:30pm on March 4. Police extend our sympathies to his family and friends. The investigation into the crash is continuing. He was 31-year-old Logan Lambert Bruce Heywood of Invercargill. Below
