Aussie man with a suspended drivers license was caught on camera towing his boat behind a mobility scooter and while stopped at traffic lights a police car drives past, the officer couldn’t believe his eyes Shane Swanscott said.
He will be charged for the offence but police aren’t sure of exact charges yet He and his girlfriend currently use the mobility scooter as a mode of transport.
