We’re probably never going to get that real, actual ABBA reunion we all desperately want, so we will just have to make do with virtual Agnetha, Benny, Bjorn and Fridas instead.

The iconic pop group split up all the way back in 1982 and have occasionally had one-off reunions over the years.

However, it looks like they WILL be coming back together for a tour in 2019… but through the medium of virtual reality, plus they have recorded two brand new songs.

The iconic group’s statement said:

The decision to go ahead with the exciting ABBA avatar tour project had an unexpected consequence.

We all four felt that, after some 35 years, it could be fun to join forces again and go into the recording studio. So we did.

And it was like time had stood still and that we had only been away on a short holiday. An extremely joyous experience.
