Two lucky Lotto players will be feeling on top of the world after each winning $500,000 with Lotto First Division in tonight’s live Lotto draw.

The winning tickets were sold at Schofields Stationers Paper Power in Auckland and Wakatipu New World in Queenstown.

Powerball was not struck this evening and has rolled over to Saturday night, where the jackpot will be $5 million.

Meanwhile, Strike Four was also won tonight by a player from Auckland, who took home $100,000. The winning Strike ticket was sold at Eden Foods (St Heliers) in Auckland.

Thanks to Lotto players Coastguard has received a special lottery grant of $9.8 million that will see a fleet of 26 new boats hitting Kiwi waters.

These boats will be used on the water during the 2021 America’s Cup, then distributed to Coastguard units all around the country to help keep Kiwis safe at sea.

Anyone who bought their ticket from any of the above winning stores should write their name on the back of the ticket and check it immediately at any Lotto outlet, online at MyLotto.co.nz or through the Lotto NZ App.
