Windsor Motors has a new partnership with Honda New Zealand.
The Invercargill-based workshop is first of the New Zealand-wide business model rollout, which also includes a new e-Commerce platform.
Windsor Motors owner Chris Lange said he was “honoured to be chosen as first off the ranks, as Honda is such a highly respected, internationally recognised and quality brand to work with.”
“It’s a strong brand, with great cars, is well known worldwide with a loyal following.”
The new change was part of Honda New Zealand’s plans to build much closer relationships to customers in Invercargill, this key region of the country.
Honda New Zealand’s managing director, Nobuya Sonoda said, “We are very proud to have Chris Lange and his team joining us to look after our Invercargill customers”.
“With Chris and his team we have absolute confidence that we can achieve great levels of service for the Invercargill people.”
Honda New Zealand will be supporting Chris and his team to ensure that the loyal Honda fans of Invercargill receive a new and exciting sales and service experience as part of the change.
“Our independent Honda agents have served the Honda brand incredibly well over many years, and we have greatly valued these relationships during this era,” Mr Sonoda said.
The changes Honda is making this year are about actively managing operations to ensure they are fit for the future, and are reflective of Honda’s long term commitment to continue investing in its people, operations and communities, he continued.
“By making these changes we are placing our customers at the heart of everything we do, and importantly, putting the purchasing power where it belongs – in the hands of our customers.”
Honda New Zealand’s current national network consists of seven Honda New Zealand owned branches and is supported by Windsor Motors and other independently owned agents.
