Hazel passed peacefully after a 2 year struggle on Tuesday 30th August 2022, aged 91 years, and is now reunited with her beloved husband Jim. Loved mother, mother in-law, and grandmother to the late Pamela and Martin, and Annalise Wynn (Tauranga), Maree and the late Maurice Walker, and Murray. Sister to Irene Becroft (Australia), the late Phylis Warden, and the late Rob Soper. Peacefully in the care of Rowena Jackson Retirement Village on Wednesday, 31 st August 2022, aged 94 years. Wife of the late Frank. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Margaret, Ted & Dianne* (Aust), Irene & Charles Shanks, and Mike & Joanne. A precious Nanny Rita of Natasha & Derek, Tammie & Jason, CJ & Bec, Michael & Zoe, Angus*, Letitia & Greg; loved Mrs. H of Jaycob, and Taylar, and an adored Nanny Rita of all her great grandchildren. Peacefully in her sleep on August 31, 2022; in her 88th year. Dearly loved wife of the late David. A celebration of Sybil’s life will be held at Caversham Presbyterian Church, on Saturday, September 3, at 2.00pm, followed by private cremation. The family request that masks be worn at the service.
