Passed away at the age of 73, after a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease. Loving husband of Jan for 46 years, much loved father of Megan and Nic, father-in-law of Stef, and grandad to Lochie and Ollie. Son of the late Morton and Nellie Bremner and brother of Morrell Slee. Son-in-law of the late Graham and Lorna Pye, and brother-in-law of Trevor and Deb Pye. Adored uncle of the Slees and Pyes. Former wool classer and wool buyer and friend to many. Special thanks to Dr Robert Morton and the caring staff at Mossbrae Rest Home. BRASH, Patricia Rose (Pat):
At Southland Hospital on Wednesday 15 December 2021, aged 82. Loved eldest daughter of the late Tuddy and Mabel Brash. Respected sister and sister-in-law of Bill, Robin and Linda, Wyniss, and Allan and Diane. Loved Aunty of Sharyn, Haidee, Grant, Mark; Emma, and Tony; and Great-Aunt; also friend of young Hunter. After resting at Conyers Street, Pat was farewelled on Friday 17 December with a private graveside service, in accordance with her wishes. Special thanks for the 15 years of love, care and attention, to all the Cargill Home staff (Pat’s second home), and latterly at Peacehaven. BURNS, Ian Bruce:
Passed away peacefully at Archer Rest Home, Christchurch, on December 16, 2021. Adored husband for 68 years of the much missed Isla, and loved brother and brother-in-law to Alan, the late Stewart, Margaret, Mary and Wilma. Cherished father to the late Ian, Geoff, Murray (Australia) and Lynda.
