(of Otahuti) of Alexandra formerly of Tarras and Gummies Bush, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2021 at Dunstan Hospital, in her 87th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Stan, respected and loved mother and mother-in-law of Jayne and Mike Direen (Alexandra), Doug and Megan (Invercargill) and Phillip (Alexandra), loved grandmother of Alex, Duncan and Fraser Direen, Hamish and Rebecca Anderson, loved sister of Betty. As per Mabel’s wishes a private family service will be held; you are all invited to a gathering to celebrate Mabel’s life on Monday, July 19 at 2.30pm at The Alexandra District Club, Centennial Avenue, Alexandra.
