Neil, Alan, Tracey and families would like to acknowledge and sincerely thank all those who reached out with kindness and love, after the passing of our beautiful and much-loved wife, Mum, Nan, Sister, Aunt and friend. A special thanks to Rachael and the team at J Fraser’s and Sons for their care and dignity in laying Jeanette to rest in an extremely difficult situation. Special thanks also to Elizabeth Tomlins for all her help, and in particular setting up so the family could bring Jeanette home; Mary and the team at Hospice Southland; the Oncology team at Dunedin and Invercargill; Dr Bester for his ongoing care of Jeanette; staff and management at Alliance Group Lorneville; and Willie Calder for the oysters. Thank you to everyone who visited, called, and provided food. It has been extremely hard to not have a service or burial for Jeanette, but once restrictions lift, there will be a memorial service where everyone will be welcome to meet up and celebrate the life of an amazing lady taken too soon.
