SOUTHLAND MULTICULTURAL WOMEN’S GROUP IN PARTNERSHIP WITH WOMEN’S SELF DEFENCE NETWORK– WAHINE TOA INVITE ALL MIGRANT WOMEN TO THIS FREE SELF DEFENCE COURSE.

Learn about:
Using your body language and voice, Positive self-esteem and confidence, Victim/attacker mentality, Positive assertive attitude
Self-safety when out and about, Situational awareness
Healthy & Unhealthy relationships, Domestic Violence Physical Self-Defence techniques, Ground defence, strangulation defence

Space is limited to 20 participants only, so register early and secure your place.

This course will improve your knowledge and develop an awareness of self-defence.
