Business owners and organisations have been left reflecting on how to best position their businesses; this might involve decreasing employees through redundancies, or it might be shifting the way the business functions by making changes to some employees roles and responsibilities.

In this presentation, Janet Copeland will take you through

– The grounds which can justify a change
– A step by step walk through of the process required
– What information must be given to employees
– The obligation to redeploy
– Relevant legislation and case law examples.
