Event Details

It’s Christmas time (nearly) and after a quiet few months KIND Women is keen to finish the year off with a bang!! We are heading back to Folster Gardens for a finger food pot luck dinner and juicy discussion about gender and the media.

In September Alex Morrison-Bailey spoke at the National Council of Women Suffrage breakfast about gender and the media. This started some fascinating discussion among the audience and a request to further the discussion. What better thing to discuss right before Christmas.

What you need to know:
When – Wed 4th Dec from 5.30pm
Where – Folster Gardens, 98 Milton Park Road
What to bring – finger food for a shared meal – we don’t want to cook this year, BYO drink and a willingness to engage in a discussion about gender and the media and think about topics for discussion in 2020.

As part of this event Alex will give a short presentation and then pose some challenging topics to be discussed speed dating style. We will also be looking for ideas for future discussion topics.
