Southern Powerlifting will be hosting our first competition for the year in Invercargill on the 1st February. This is a club/novice level, which means anyone can enter without qualifying in any way.
Those who HAVE done a powerlifting competition before will be required to be fully registered with Southern Powerlifting & NZPF for the 2019-2020 financial year, this can be done by completing the 2020/2021 early bird registration form below if you are not currently registered (note the current financial year finishes on the 31st March 2020, so those registered for the 2019/2020 year are covered). www.sporty.co.nz/otagoweightlifting/Powerlifting-Registration/Early-Bird-Registration-20202021-1
This competition will follow all IPF rules & regulations. These can be found here: www.powerlifting-ipf.com/rulescodesinfo/technical-rules.html
