In this presentation, Angela MacKenzie, Associate at Eagles Eagles and Redpath will give practical advice and solutions to enable you to manage staff with confidence.
During the session we will cover amongst other things:
- What is poor performance, misconduct and incapacity
- Best practice processes and systems
- Setting standards for performance and behaviour
- What if it all goes pear-shaped – options and risks
- “I’m going to take a PG” – how to deal when you hear this phrase
- Real life scenarios
